Dear CoreNet New York City Members,

It is an honor to serve as the incoming Chair of the CoreNet Global New York City Chapter. As the largest chapter in our global organization, we carry both the privilege and the responsibility of setting the standard—for excellence in programming, engagement, and impact.

I’m proud to introduce our 2026 Executive Board, Content Council, and Advisors. This exceptional group of leaders will help guide our chapter forward as we further strengthen our foundation and elevate the experience we deliver to our members and sponsors.

This year, we are sharpening our focus around three key pillars: Innovation, Education, and Community. These themes are not new to CoreNet NYC—but in 2026, we will deepen our commitment to each, ensuring we drive measurable value across our ecosystem.

Innovation

We will deliver forward-looking, high-impact programming that reflects the rapidly evolving corporate real estate landscape. Through marquee keynote events featuring global thought leaders, paired with curated programs and workshops which deliver deep-dive sessions, we aim to spark meaningful dialogue and actionable insight for our members.

Education

Professional growth remains central to our mission. We will expand access to local MCR and certificate programs, while introducing targeted learning opportunities aligned with emerging industry trends. Our goal is to ensure members at every stage of their career gain practical knowledge that strengthens both individual performance and organizational impact.

Community

At our core, we are a relationship-driven organization. We will continue to foster stronger End User engagement, creating intentional forums for peer exchange and collaboration with service providers. By facilitating authentic connection, we strengthen the collective voice of corporate real estate in New York City.

Equally important is the value we deliver to our annual sponsors. We are committed to integrating sponsors more meaningfully into our programming and content strategy—ensuring visibility, engagement, and opportunities to showcase expertise in ways that are substantive and mutually beneficial.

Building on the strong legacy of past Chairs and Board members, our ambition is clear: to further position CoreNet NYC as the premier corporate real estate organization in our market. This chapter thrives because of your participation, leadership, and engagement.
